Founded by Eric Che, Esq., the firm draws on experience in both private practice transactional work and senior in-house legal, compliance, and privacy leadership. That experience includes commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory counseling, privacy and data protection, governance, compliance program development, policy implementation, investigations, breach response, audit readiness, and regulatory oversight matters.

The firm works with clients on commercial agreements, business advisory matters, entity formation and structuring, privacy and data protection obligations, healthcare compliance requirements, governance issues, and related operational concerns. Its work includes negotiating and structuring agreements, developing policies and compliance frameworks, delivering training and compliance education, assessing legal and operational risk, conducting internal reviews, and advising leadership on matters affecting business operations, compliance, and organizational governance.
